Job Description
You will be responsible for running the enterprise business development function for the region i.e. the candidate will be responsible for enterprise sales deliverers with respect to number of client acquisition, total revenue and similar target metrics. This role is of hunting and account management.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Set a strategic business development plan for target markets and ensure it is in line with product team’s strategic direction. The plan will include identification of target market and customers, partner ecosystem, approaches to generating, activating and closing leads among other elements
  • Will be responsible for conducting meetings with client prospects, understanding their requirements, making the client proposal, getting buy-in and achieving closures
  • Partner with internal stakeholders like the product development team, support, legal and contracts team, marketing and communication teams to drive the sales plan and work on client requirements
  • Prepare and give business reviews regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers
  • Develop partnerships in the external ecosystem with relevant organizations with whom we can collaborate to accelerate sales growth

Educational and Experience Requirements
  • Graduate/MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • POS(Software) industry knowledge is must have
  • POS (Hardware) knowledge is good to have
  • Experience in Business Development/Management Consulting is a must
  • Any experience in SaaS and Fin-tech industry will be a plus
  • Demonstrated performance especially in terms of clients on- boarded during their time in business development
  • Ability to create a rapport with prospects and maintain long term relationships with the decision makers
  • Demonstrated ability in sales closures
  • Strong process orientation and an understanding of sales process and review mechanisms
  • Good networking and understanding/knowledge of B2B SaaS industry
  • Should have impeccable communication (verbal, listening, writing) & presentation skills
  • Self-starter/self-reliant, self-motivated and willing to take up challenges, learn and develop
  • Good negotiation skills, competitive and confident approach
