Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot our POS software problems and help our customers with their support queries.
Ultimately, you will be a person our customers' trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible to merchant’s support queries
- Support on email / phone calls / google meets to give clients quick answers
- Online meeting with merchants to diagnose the software issues
- Providing product tech demonstration to the merchants
- Installing and configuring merchant’s POS device
- Merchant On-boarding, product online training.
- Ability to work in 24*7 support environment
- Willing to travel to client side for troubleshooting, if needed
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology
- Proven work experience of 0-2 yrs as an application support / technical support role
- Ability to solve complex application/software issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
