Job Description


We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot our POS software problems and help our customers with their support queries.


Ultimately, you will be a person our customers' trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Responsible to merchant’s support queries
  • Support on email / phone calls / google meets to give clients quick answers 
  • Online meeting with merchants to diagnose the software issues
  • Providing product tech demonstration to the merchants
  • Installing and configuring merchant’s POS device
  • Merchant On-boarding, product online training.
  • Ability to work in 24*7 support environment
  • Willing to travel to client side for troubleshooting, if needed


Education

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology
  • Proven work experience of 0-2 yrs as an application support / technical support role
  • Ability to solve complex application/software issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
